I was interested in buying a home that had been previously flooded. I was aware that the foundation wasn't perfect and specifically wanted someone with flooded home experience to look at it. I made a call to Jay after the homeowner accepted my offer and he was able to make it out to the property the very next day. They arrived 20-30minutes before the agreed upon time and were asking me small questions before the inspection was to begin. I mentioned the foundation and they said it was so bad they would feel bad taking my money to inspect the home only to have it fall out (pardon the pun) because of how bad the foundation was. I just thought it was an extremely nice gesture to make such a short notice appointment, make the trip out and still give me the ability to walk away without paying. They spent a solid 20 minutes with me too. I really didn't get the "ignorance tax" feeling that I can pick up from mechanics or other tradesmen. Good people. Five stars. Would absolutely recommend and will use in the future! read less

Stuart did an amazing job on the inspection. He has an incredibly high attention to detail on every part of the house. He pointed out things I never would have even noticed such as very small cracks in the caulk and window seals and small parts of trim that didn’t get painted to his thermal equipment that shows amount of insulation. He is also very knowledgeable about all parts of the house and goes into great detail explaining everything. Such a fine duo and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service and am very happy that I made the decision to go to a third party before buying my house! Definitely worth it!! read less
